How can I improve this? Especially since I can't view any of the stats of the WR, FB and HB on my team...

Your QB seems to be doing well so I wouldn't worry too much. How good your offensive line is the major factor on QB pressures. You can change your "Passing Priority" tactic to slide more toward "Open Man" and your QB will get rid of the ball quicker.
