Subject says it all.

Have a +3 speed +1 tunnel vision. Seems like an elite item...but, will the eventual +4 Tunnel vision do anything for my DT or shoudl I just sell it and try for a +Str +Something else item?

I had a DT that had many sucessful seasons with a tv aeq(until his last season when I went with strictly a combo DT for my team). You can see him in my retired players list.

Does your DT every get a chance for a sack?

I would consider it if you found another one that you could stack it with. By Level 56, two of 'em gives you +10.

Since it's not on the tree, I don't think it's worth it if you only have the one piece, but you might think about buying it and hanging onto it if you find another one.

What's the overall opinion of Tunnel Vision in general these days? I remember in the early seasons people thought it was great, but I don't see it mentioned much anymore.

It seems to be regaining in popularity. I don't think there's any doubt that it at least provides some bonus to speed and agility.
