I know, Speed is, well... speed. But Really, how are they different? Which is easier to Build? Which comes out better, and is more productive? Pros and Cons of each?

Speed is speed. Possession I could see breaking down into further sub-categories but generally guys who have high agility, high catching, high jumping, more strength/carrying than a speedster. The speedster is probably easier to build but takes a long long time to even be able to catch a football. What is better is certainly... my best answer would be your system (your OC first and foremost, your QB, your O-line) correlates strongly with how productive you are. You can have a wonderful possession build but if you go on a team with an OC who doesn't know how to use that, you won't be productive.
