i have a lvl 14 pass rush dt where should i be taking him?

Ideally for me a pass rush DT would be short, lightweight, ~105 str/90 spd/115 agi and +10 FS from AE but I don't even know if that's possible honestly.

It's possible, but 10 Shed block is more important than first step. You can't just go around the blocker like a DE can, you have to push past him which means he's going to be able to engage you. You also have to have a DC who knows how to use him, otherwise you're better off just having a guy with 120 strength.

I disagree that 10 SB is more important than FS but I'd say they are both pretty necessary.
