Played on Farm team for some years, as couldn't find a Pee Wee team, but his build is shaping up nicely.......if he gets to the ball carrier, then he WILL tackle him

Can release him at any stage, but he'll become level 27 soon. PM if you want him, or interested in the build plan (should be a good one, even if you think he might have too much tackling, which he does)
