My LB is sitting around 90 vision due to double mentors. So... I'm wondering if anyone would recommend getting football genius due to lack of anything else good enough to get.

I'm straying from power tackler because it doesn't seem to pay any dividends against good teams, and DvG/BH aren't viable atm. Additionally, although the LBs on my team see coverage time, I did a play analysis for my LB last season where I pretty much was never in a position to see anything out of jackhammer.

Anyone have recommendations? Has anyone seen dividends from vision over 90? I'm currently leaning towards FG or helmet crash as I tend to like VAs that activate every play.

I seem to recall Deathblade having a LB with 80-90 vision. Didn't work out as well as I thought it would due to the lack of physical attributes.

Vision and confidence is what forces fumbles. Also if you are a MLB i`d suggest some SA`s in the defense general.

Uh... Not to be rude, but neither of these answer my question at all... And the latter doesn't even make sense.

Ok, you want a straight up answer? 90+ vision isn't what it's cracked up to be. You're sort of losing out if you put your points into Football Genius. If your guy is a coverage guy I would stick to Ball Hawk, since you don't seem to think much of Jackhammer. Wouldn't get Helmet Crash unless you're making either a) a lot of tackles in the game or b) the rest of the team has it.

Thanks, that's pretty much what my inclination was also. It seemed to be pretty much that or going with VAs that only fired a couple times a game or had lower effects, like brick wall and stone wall.
