I've just boosted to gain VAs. Currently playing DE due to incomplete roster. Do you think Technique Man could be effective? I've got no experience with OL building, but that agility is pretty high for that level. If not, what should I choose? Jump the Snap?

Given your situation Technique man makes great sense.

I see you have points in Defense General...you might not want to put any more in that. This is DEFINITELY not an MLB and you have to play in that position to get benefits from D-General. Hard Hitter tree is probably wrong for this build...might want to look at Pass Rusher Abilities...that would be good with high agility.

I didn't put any points into D-General, Monster Hit, or any of that. That's Custom gear. It might not be a MLB yet, but in 2 seasons it will be. This season I'll work on speed, next season tackling, then strength. The training combos point perfectly to that.

Man I would keep going towards an OLB build as you have started nicely here...Of course, that is just my opinion. If you already have a plan then you should go for it.
