We are a very well managed team from top to bottom. I owned a Oceania AAA team for the past 6 seasons, we made the playoffs as current as last season, but unfortunately all of our players were starting to decline and we wanted to stick together, so we decided to start over fresh from the bottom. We plan on storming our way back to the top with a team built over from scratch and using our previous experiences to help us fix our short comings. That being said I have about 20 agents that were on the previous team building new players for this team, but am still interested in bringing in a nice blend of new agents as well. If you are interested please shoot me a PM!
Traditional slowbuilding consists of saving skill points until a primary or secondary attribute can be softcapped (The first softcap is reached when a player has 48.07 of a given attribute, then it costs 2 skill points to add to that attribute instead of 1. ). This allows players to take advantage of the higher value in training attributes while they are at lower levels as well as taking full advantage of the bonus to attributes that comes from leveling. Slowbuilding players are often not very skilled initially, but - everything else equal - will generally be better than their peers after a few seasons.
