I don't really care how you rate me...i just want to know when I should start pouring Skill Points into Special Abilities.

keep putting points into Speed til 77 at least

Agility to 68+ after that
catching to 60+ after that

don't bother with SAs until later

edit: also, i'd choose different VAs
