Hello Potential Teams

Firstly, please dont feel discouraged if you are below AA, i may take a look at your organization regardless. Id like a team who has long term plans and doesnt plan on folding immediately.

I have been OCing since season 5. I currently assistant OC for the Italion Stallions of WEPL and OC for the OPL Guadalcanal Gunners (who are in a rebuilding phrase, but we are playing in Pro).

My style of OCing is very different. I run my AI different to most. I scout a BITCH ton. I look at every defensive reaction from a team, and then when you find a hole, you exploit the hell out of it. My offense is very successful and does lots of damage. I have a season tactics thread and whenever changes need to be made, I PM the corresponding agents.

In my scouting report of the opponents D, I look at their reaction to every formation with proof to standby. I look for Bitzers, Blown Coverage, Cover 2 or 1 or 0, if its 4-3 or 3-4 and if its man or zone. I look into all these details and it generally helps open up the game a lot.

USA AA Belgrade MADNESS is in the market for an OC. You would be joining Nyr3270 and cwisler as they have accepted the DC and Asst. DC positions.

Sigh why do i was always come in here looking for a sp teams coach and end up posting in a Oc topic .

Well as the AA part then were not but as to the long term then yea. Most of the team will probably be together full the whole time with just the odd players leaving every now and again.

Our first season in 13 cap we went 16-0 and 3-1 but lost in the finals which after that game our Oc decided to leave us as he was busy.

Last season we went 13-3 in 26 cap and 1-1 in playoffs. I was in controll up untill just before playoffs which is when my DC took over the Offence aswell.

Tbh im not that bothered whether i end up getting a Oc or not as im perfectly happy with the head coach running both i just have always thought its easier on the guy if they only have to concentrate on one rather than both. Let me know if your interested or not.

This guy is a great agent. He is a great owner as well. You wont regret being his OC
