I actually don't want a lot of playing time.

I'd like to keep him under Level 15 for next season.

Ideal situation if you'd like a rushing QB to experiment with for a Wildcat Offense.

Money is of no concern. Minimum wage and bonus is fine.
His EQ is already paid for.
