You need to PM me on the Tournaments account and let me know what the toruney is. If you want to give away your own flex prize, we can facilitate the transfer.

is there a cut off date to donate the flex and get it official if i want to do 1 for season 15?

As long as you have flex in your account we can do a transfer. The admins of course get busy in the off-season, so sometimes it takes some time.

Try to get the trophy request in ASAP at the start of the season, as Bort has to upload them. Then we can assign them and transfer the flex after day 40.
