I already gave my recommendation and reasoning in a previous post. In fact, it's the one you responded to. If you go 68/68/73, you can get to 95/95+ by the time you are leveled up enough to play in Pro/WL. That is plenty of speed and agility to be a shutdown corner there. Assuming you went 77/77/77 with that build, you spent about an extra 100 sps over someone who goes 68/68/73. Those sps will be huge down the road when you are trying to round out your build. If you plan to make a man corner, you will never get the SAs and secondary attributes you need to be an elite corner at the top levels of the game.
If you are planning to get him into a zone scheme, I can understand going higher in the primaries, but not to 77/77/77. It's still just too many sps to spend for so little gain.
