Just got a new Minor League team and am looking for good agents with players to fit in. Been playing GLB since season 3... been offensive & defensive coordinators on a number of different teams over the seasons... had more players before, but decided to cut down to just concentrate on a few things.
As with all teams, the goal is to win. The idea is to try to get a good group of agents to stick together for the medium to long haul.
EQ will be paid for, but the team just started off so I want to make sure Finances are fully in order.
The goal is to get everyone the PT they need for their max experience. However I don't guarantee starting slots (builds and active status determine starters), but I have no intention of trying to replace good agents that stay with the team (even in a season where we win the championship and move up).
Checking the forums is a must. Simply just saying 'set' for a tactics change is plenty, but more is always good.
And I have no intention of keeping someone here who doesn't want to be here. If things don't work out, we'll find a good way to get you off the team.
