I have owned a team since season 2/3 and have time to implement my Offense Ai to a BALANCED Offensive minded roster. Some of the things I am willing to do include:

1. Implement (via GreaseMonkey Script) a well worked Offense Ai.
2. Recruit the right player builds and aganets to get going in the right direction quickly.
3. Set the Depth-chart accordingly.

PM me with questions - I expect an interview with someone who WANTS to win - does not necessarily need to be a winner now.
