I created a bunch of guys on day 41 for my own team and have since filled the roster. They are now available to your team as long as you meet the following conditions:
*New teams only, you must be in your first season as a team.
*New peewee owners, if you've owned a peewee team you're out, if you've been a gold coach you're out. If you've owned a team outside peewee you will be considered but preference will be given to those owning their first GLB team ever.
*You must field a roster of at least all human starters. Teams that can get to 40 human spots (including my guys) will receive preference. You do not have to currently have all the spots filled, but must commit and be working towards it. I don't want to have a roster of my 20 guys plus 2 other guys created by the team owner.
*Desire to win, these are one and done guys so slow build teams need not apply.
*Be committed, I don't want someone who is going to disappear mid-season and never come back. If you choose not to continue next season that's fine, but at least see this one through to the end.
If needed I can also help as an OC or just offer general advice. I will not take over your team! Don't expect me to run everything, don't be afraid that I will take over and try to run everything. I do not have the time or desire to run another team.
Check my profile for guys included in this package, anyone not signed right now is available. Note, these guys do not have CE and will not boost. Some exceptions could be made come playoff time but go in with the expectation that none will boost.
I remember what it is like to be a new owner and I know how much I hate recruiting, especially when you don't have a network of experienced agents to help you out. I want to help out a new owner this season and make life a little easier.
