The reason his First Step and Change of Direction is so high is because of Advanced EQ. I know his speed is probably good enough for now but he just doesn't seem to be getting the production I was expecting.

Looks ok. If I were you I would take agility to 77, speed to 74 and switch all my eq to agility. Or a combo of speed and agility. Don't forget after speed and agility you are most likley going to want to take strength to 74 or 77. Jmo.
