Was curious where this lvl 32 HB should head, speed, or super elusive. My next step is taking vision to 60/68

For me I would get Agility to 74, then get vision and carrying to 60.

You're not far behind my HB who's two levels higher, but taking into account SP difference and age, you are a little behind. Strength should stay where it is. Train confidence/stamina more and then move to jumping/catching to give him the dual threat. Personally I don't see much point giving him more than 100 speed, agility agility agility. Doesn't matter how quick he is if he isn't going to find the holes. Vision and agility will do this.

My first reaction is wondering if there's close to enough agility for even a speed back...
