I have a level 13 running QB that I'm looking to get on a team. He's being built to be used on QB running plays so the team he goes to would have to work him into the offense with that in mind. I'd ask for 20+ snaps and enough money to keep him trained up and with equipment. I will be boosting him and he has custom EQ.
