Hey there everyone, I'm the owner of the team "The Whitechapel Slashers" (http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=3257) and I am looking for experienced agents
who are interested in joining my slowbuild team for next season. I already have a good group of people from the teams I'm currently a member of, or a coordinator for.
They all have a ton of winning expierience, and many of them are pro level agents.
A bit of background about myself. I have been playing GLB since season 2, and have had a blast so far. I have owned my team for five seasons, and been a playoff team in each.
Last season I made the conference championship game as well. I have also been a DC for the same period of time, and I have had experience at all levels of the game, up to and
including World League. In season twelve I stepped into the world of the OC, and had a ton of success there as well, including a championship. I have decided to drop my team down
to a 14 cap after 5 seasons in order to rebuild and put together a team of agents who are dedicated and in it for the long haul. My goal is championships.
What I'm looking for:
I am currently looking for agents willing to build one or more players for next season, starting at level one. The plan is to slowbuild all season, and hold off any sort of boosting
until as late as possible. You do not need to have any previous experience in slowbuilding, you just need to communicate your plans and take advice from the many agents who are experienced.
I am currently only looking for agents who are willing to sign three season contracts, and who will be dedicated to the team. Recruiting is a pain, and it is way more fun to play if you keep
the same core group of agents over many seasons.
Boosting will be required. If you cannot or will not boost three times a season, you will end up falling behind the rest of the team, and will need to be replaced. Obviously that doesn't fit well
with my plan as stated above, so I will only want agents who are willing to boost.
Forum activity will also be encouraged. Good teams all have good communication. Also, I will want everyone to talk about builds and ideas for their players in order to make sure there are as few mistakes
build wise as possible.

Day 41 player creation is not needed, although it would be optimal. As long as the players are ready to go for the season, I'm happy.
