Is the run route SA effective enough to put AEQ and SP into or should I just focus on FS and QC instead? If it is how, high should I go with it before putting SP into FS and QC?

I don't like putting AEQ into the first SA's on the list for any position, simply because without pre-requisites it's so easy to get them where you want with SPs.
As for the value of Route Run, I think it's pretty high. WRs have such high speed and agility that it's very cost effective to get any bonus you can.
