I've already ball hawk,jackhammer and football genius,all at 15......AE with shed block at 9.... it could be useful or not for an OLB?

with 71 agility you're not going to be 10% over a lot of blockers, if any. AGI is a 68 cap or higher for almost every postion.

Ok,so what VA could i choose considering i've already ball hawk,jackhammer and football genius ?
What's better for my OLB?

Not disagreein with you but wondering what is your reasoning. For a heavy blitzing ROLB it looks good to me though.
