Only thing I'd rather have then that is SDC . . . so if you're a zone corner it's just about the best piece you can roll.

I'd actually take that over SDC because the only way to get +PD% is through AEQ, and that's about as great of a piece as you can get.

All I found was a +3 jumping +5% Deflecting chance. And I thought I was lucky...

Wow, I just rolled this exact same piece.
Currently have
Superior Vision
and
Shutdown Corner.

Rolled the 3 AGI / 5% deflect. I'm guessing I should ditch the Superior Vision and then just add skill points to get it up to ~9?
