I am looking to take on another team this season. I have 2 seasons of experience under my belt including a 20-0 championship season.
What I expect
an established team - not saying i only want a team anyone can win with but i want a full team to work with and not have to bust my butt recruiting before the season starts.
A PM from the Owner - I want to know what your vision of the offense is (how much you wanna run how much you wanna pass, etc.)
A GM offer- I want to look over the team and make sure you don't have a team full of horrible builds or builds that don't fit my style
Trust- I want to be trusted and confided in. When it comes time to recruit i want to be able to communicate with my owners on the players we need to get rid of and what we need to recruit and I want to be heard.
A Defensive Coordinator - I'm looking for a team that can compete so it must have a Defensive Coordinator to run the defense.
