I see that a lot of threads are being locked because thay don't belong here. The problem for many of these threads is that they don't have a better place to be posted. Team press releases makes the most sense for team related needs, such as team merging, hiring staff, etc...

I suggest adding a new forum for this purpose, then this forum will be used for it's intended purpose, which as far as I can tell is just bragging about a team.

OK, I see now there is a subforum under TLFP for "Looking for GMs/DCs/OCs".
While GMs/DCs/OCs are viewed as players to GLB, this is non-intuitive from a Team Owner's perspective because GMs/DCs/OCs are not players.

A Team Owner that doesn't spend lots of time in the forums won't post in TFLP because he's not looking for players; he's looking for staff. From the initial forum options in the recruiting section, Team Press releases makes the most sense for what he wants to do. Furthermore, this is also misleading for a casual GLBer looking for teams that are hiring staff positions. Team Press Releases make the most sense from the given options.

In summary, I'm not suggesting that this forum is the place for such threads, but as a user this forum is the logical place to post these threads. This forum will continue to get these types of threads until it is more clear to the user where they belong.
