Natural gains will give more bang for your buck after 68 than at 60. If you're going to do both... do the one you want higher first.

The flaw in that logic is that the gains in carrying past 68 (69) may not be worth much, whereas he is already planning on at least second capping vision.

imo, carrying > vision, regardless of elusive, power, or combo.
