My 85'Bears team is poised to make a run on Gold, but I am in the Western Conference of Silver #7, probably the hardest conference in all of Silver, so I can use extra some extra help. I can't just bring anyone aboard, I need an experienced OC from Gold or high end Silver teams that can help me pick the plays that will be most effective against other high end Silver teams.
My team is already guaranteed one trophy from a tourney, possible 2nd and then any trophies from winning our conference/league, so you will earn trophies. I just kicked 3 of my GM's because they were not active, so looking for ACTIVE coaches only.
However, this isn't about trophies, this is about making a strong team even stronger. If you help me, win or loose, you are free to stay with us next season, which if we do stay in Silver, we will be one of the top Silver teams.
I am going to be honest here, I am a bit of a control freak, so I am not going to just turn over the reigns of running my offense to someone until I trust that they are better than I am. I am very good at being a DC, but only decent at running the offense, so I need someone who is better than I am. Thus I will start you out at Assistant OC and you will just recommend what plays you think will be most effective against the team we are facing. I will also pick some plays, pending I don't agree with you totally, and if your set of plays start to out preform my chosen plays this post season, I will turn over the reigns to you for next season or later this post-season, pending how far we make it.
