Needs more confidence, vision and calm nerves. Honestly, that's a pretty weak build when compared to most other punters at your same level, sorry to tell you.

More Speed and Agility would help ALOT.

58 jumping?

Jumping (as per the description in the SP page) is supposed to help distance. However, I agree with the comment on Vision and Confidence. Any time you kick the ball the it is a touchback, you take a -20 yd hit to that punt. The better chances you have to punting the ball out of bounds, the better chances you have to increasing your avg per game kick. Confidence and Vision play a very large role in coffin punts.

Can he be salvaged or shoud I retire him

I do have a lot of VA points in Nail In Coffin

I wouldn't retire him unless your team doesn't want him.
Next season you should swap soccer star for clutch with your VA reset.
Then I'd raise calm nerves, vision, and confidence.
Reducing touchbacks is usually the best way to increase average.

I just looked over the games were you averaged less than 40 yds, and touchbacks were not the primary issue. The majority (90%) of your touchbacks still went for 40 to 55 yds. The majority of your 35 or less punts were just crappy punts. You also had several games where you punted 10+ times in those games.

The recommendations of Vision (to 73), Confidence (77 min), and Calm Nerves should still reduce some of your woes. I say 77 as a minimum for Confidence since many punters who increase Confidence after punting has Confidence around 85+ at your lvl.
