Honestly the first season of decline isn't much, you can get a solid 13 seasons before noticeable decline
yep. a good player isnt going to be hurt that much by losing 1-3 points in an attribute... especially with the wealth of vp's you're sitting on, and sa's which dont decline.
end of the second season of decline, where you're rocking -5 to -7 points in some attributes, that's when it's time to send em out to pasture. or an AA league.
