We have 2 HBs... our starter getting all the carries and stuff and im fine with that, hes a good back
but our second doesnt play at all... the tactics are set properly but it's still not running him
instead it runs:

our WR... leading team in recieving TDs and pretty close to rushing TDs too.... how does he have so many rushing TDs while the second string hb doesnt rush ever?

Your depth chart, specifically the formation specific slots, are fucked up.

Also, I'm guessing that your WR is rushing the ball out of the GL formation. Set your AI up properly and this doesn't happen. GL requires 1 FB, 1 HB and 3 TEs. If you don't have 3 natural TEs, the game will make some stupid decisions as to who to place where.
