I am looking to work with some new teams, and try to add my experience to newer teams/owners. I will help out in any way that I can. I have been very successful, won a bunch of Championships, and want to meet some new people to work with.

1) Please be active. I don't want to recruit a team for an owner who disappears, it makes me look bad.
2) Don't have a bad attitude. If I suggest something, it's because I know it has worked for me in the past. Not because I think I know everything.
3) Have the desire to win, and to build your team the right way.
