his morale is very low, and every game i have he loses almost all of his energy. what do u think i should do to improve? i have a few skill points.

His energy meter going low means he is getting plenty of playing time. As for morale, when you do your training, there is an option under normal training (night out on the town) that lets you slightly raise his morale, do that for a few sessions and it should improve. If all else fails, train punting.

At this level morale and all that doesn't really matter. You're stats early on don't really mean a whole lot. Don't worry about it imo
