He splits time w/ 2 other RB's so stats are low but builds seems to work now. But I hear Elusive Backs fail in the upper leagues. Any Suggestions?

What you would consider an elusive back does fail in the upper leagues. That is, high agility builds. Speedy juking spinners are superb at the higher levels, though.

With 80 base speed at lvl 37, he'll be fine, even if it means he has to do an EQ overhaul later on to get speed up to 120. If Blorf makes it so that agile backs can actually do something that speed backs can't do, he'll do well. (ATM an agility back is just basically a slower version of a speed back. That's the only difference.) If not, you can switch EQ.

Anyway, build looks fine to me for now, if he's performing. He would almost surely do better with all EQ in speed, though. 68+ carrying, 61+ strength, and some training on confidence (and eventually no less than 49) and he'll be good. That is, aside from more juke and spin.
