Because if you want to get SAs to where I think they should be, you can't go to those values in the big three. By going 68/68/68 you can hit 95/95/75ish by the time you are level 56. That combined with Mentor and/or Football Genius will have you at basically 95/95/80 or 95/95/90. That is plenty, imo. If you think about it, taking an attribute past 68 costs 4 sp per and past 73 takes 5 sps per. The most you will spend on an SA like SDC will be 6 sp per, but it gives a bonus to speed, agility, and pass deflections. There will be a point where 1 point in SDC is worth more to your build than 1 in speed, agility, or vision. In my view, that point for a man coverage CB is once you start paying 4 sps per. Let's say you go your route, that will cost 20 sps for speed, 40 or so sps for agility, and 40 sps or so for vision. Those 100 or so sps could be put to much better use elsewhere. One of the most important parts of making an elite build is learning to balance all the different aspects. Many people in this game view building as just taking your primary physical attributes as high as possible. That would be fine if the other options didn't do anything, but they do. Especially for a man coverage CB having a balance of PAs and SAs is huge for having an elite build. By going 73/77/77, you will never get that balance.

I know a lot of people will disagree but I'd say cap catching and train confidence stam til confidence is 30 then start training str/tackling up to 30. I'm under the impression that an equal amount of catch/jump are key to INTs but for now it's just a theory. I'm not in the right league nor am I the right level to speak much on it.

Catching is overrated IMO. INTs are so scarce as it is that it's not worth it. Jumping is important for PDs, though, as is strength.

I think catching by itself is overrated. I always see builds with super high catching and no jumping say it's not that great, but remember before you make the play you gotta be in position jump to get there and catching to make the play. So I try and keep jumping and catching at the same level.

68/68/68 if you take those three immediately to 68. If you dick around and you're a level 38 CB with 68, natural level gains aren't going to do shit. You're going to need to spend more points in speed/agi/vision eventually, may as well do it now.

I'd get speed/agility to 74 immediately...then decide on vision, or jumping to 60, or Super Vision/Shuddown Corner
