Everyone is saying Vision to 74, Agility and Speed to 74. Then get Tackling and Str to at least 60. I'm also a big fan of change of direction but that is just me.

Personally:

-Do not take Vision it past 62/68 since it will naturally rise.
-Get Agility to 68
-Speed has to be 68 but can be taken to 74 if you choose to.

Looks like you want a SS who can cover field and hit-hard, so make sure after those are taken care of get Tackling/Strength to 62 and after that it would not hurt to get Jumping to 48 for PD's and it helps with Tackling as well. Stamina will naturally rise, but make sure that gets to 30.
