Cause my receiver seems to just catch and then drop. What can help with this?

Level 7 you're not going to get much YAC unless you run designed plays. Most of the WRs on my pee wee team only get YAC on designed swing passes/screens... aside from blown coverages that is or lucky breaks. I wouldn't worry too much about it right now. Agility/Vision/Strength will surely play a role later.
