I took a team(that I had been on) that had 11 wins in three seasons, and in my first season as head honcho, got us to 12-4 and the only thing that kept us from a championship was a stat padding team that outleveled us by about 10 levels on every position. Our team also had the league's number one passing attack all 4 seasons I was there(and we never changed a skill position offensive starter in my time there).
