Laser Arm: 15 (taking throwing to 90 base)
Football Genius: 15 (taking vision to 85 base)
Quick Release or Clock Manager: 15 (leaning towards CM)
Assuming I do go strength to 100 and with these VAs, he'd have 100 strength, 117 throwing, and 85 vision at level 70. Thoughts?
