Right now am missing 1 upgrade on equipment which would get speed to 90. Where should I go right now? I know most people will say agility to at least 68, but aside from that..What should be worked on?

If you're trying to build a speedster, you need to take speed to the next cap. Not a very good build overall, tbh.

Lots of good info there.

For a speedster, you want to take speed to 77 (some will say 80) right off the bat. WRs are rough, though. If you build one properly, to compete at the higher tiers of the game, he's going to be pretty "blah" in his early years, in almost every case.
