I don't think I'd 68 vision before carrying. I'd soft cap vision, second cap carrying. Pretty good so far. 7/10 is a little low, it's better than that.

should've brought speed and Agility higher originally

he'll still wind up with at least 125 speed and 85 agility, that's enough if you max out SAs and third cap carrying.

Maybeh. But I like taking my main two attributes to 77 (except at a few positions)

if you plan on going 68 vision, just retire him now, and save yourself a hole lotta heartache
