I hope these stack or I just blow a bunch of cash. With +30% from QF and +38% Fake from AE. Are they added to calculate the bonus?

Yes, he should have a 68% bonus to his fake chance. So if normally you have a 20% chance of faking out a particular player it is now more like 33.6%.

Edit - As opposed to 20% + 68% = 88% fake chance like someone people might think.

Indeed. Some people then add points into the Clever Instinct VA if they are young for their league.
