Kickers are so easy to build. Kicking is low, SAs early, attributes split too soon.
Other than that, the build is fine. He'll still miss between 1% and 3% of his XP on his career and will be fine. I honestly don't know what a good kicker build looks like - nobody does, because every kicker seems to have the same chance to inexplicably miss extra point attempts, regardless of build.
