I wonder if it's the way 'just above the other team' is calculated? This early in the PeeWee season, most players are either stacked for speed or strength, but their overall ratings will be pretty low. I wonder if nerfing a more rounded build to slightly above the overall rating of the lesser players (b/c I'm assuming it's a % thing to all attributes) causes the strength & speed of the nerfed team to be lower than the lesser team.
