Probably don't have good receivers and/or the offensive pass plays being used aren't the best.

the receivers are OK, not the best I've seen but certainly not the worst. It's a casual league so I'm not sure how much play calling control is available .. if any. The O-line has allow some hurries but nothing major .. at least not that I've seen.

1.) Stamina being the only QB on the roster is more important that you would think.
2.) Confidence should be treated as a primary just like throwing, strength, vision...
3.) I haven't watched any of your tape, but Strength is important if you throw the deep ball - or a lot of outs.
4.) AEQ is really important for QB's... Pass Quality AEQ should be considered.
5.) SA's like tight spiral, pump fake, natural leader and even pocket presence are all very helpful.

Building a QB is a process, but nothing beats having a quality O-line with solid WR's. They can make any average QB look great.

Being casual hurts, because about half the designed pass plays are quite bad, and sine your OC can't choose which to use (or can you remove plays from the playbook? never ran a casual) you are stuck at mercy of the random play calling, and if you get forced to throw into a lot of crappy pass routes, its nothing u can do

He's a level 35 QB. They don't really get good until late 50's. Not sure you should be training speed/agility yet though...I JUST capped speed on my QB this season...Mainly because everything else major is at least 4 or 5 capped and the three SA's that I care about are maxed.
