I'm always more inclined to go with the % BB stuff because I actually know what it is. I'm sure SB is probably just some type of % BB bonus, but I'm skeptical of SAs.

SAs activate at RANDOM, so you get it or you don't. % activates ALL the time. Always go with % (in my opinion)

Depends on how you want to build. One piece of SB eq that takes you from 5 to 10 or 11 gives a massive bonus compared to the 15-20% you'll get from % eq. It just works less often.

is it true that bort said shed block only works when pass rushing? i could never find that anywhere.

no. shed block just states that it works BETTER in passing situations.

Which is why I'm not a huge fan of SAs - the descriptions aren't always accurate and they're cryptic.
