Cap either confidence or tackling. Both should be capped soonish.

yeah tackling is a good choice, but you may want to cap it at 48 then take strength to 48.

You can work on SAs after those are capped, but try to find an AEQ piece besides Swat Ball.

Consider getting equipment with less agility before you do lvl 48 upgrades. Either way, his speed should be over 100 by now.
