Hmm. Speed is a concern for LOLB. I'd be careful about trying to cover really speedy TEs with him. He should be pretty solid in a zone, though. If that's how you use your LOLBs, I'd just leave strength & tackling as they are and cap stamina & jumping, train them to 52-53 or so, then pump jumping to 61. May consider 3 more in Swat Ball since he's got the pre-req covered.
If you're not using him as a strong side run stopper + zone defender, then I don't know what to say.

yeah when I first starting build him the team was using him as a ROLB because at the time, I guess level 30ish or so, he was pretty fast for his level but the rest of the build lacked.
So I've been trying to get vision to a decent level along with strength....we run a lot of 3-4 so I've been messing around with him playing a ROLB or RILB spot and he seems to do decent, doesn't really have the speed to catch up to a RB if they go around him but has the vision to take the right angle to stop him lol

I think his speed is fine. More agility would have been nice but I don't know if there's time to achieve it. You could train spd/agi up one more point I suppose, should take about a season. I'd third cap strength, then tackling, then softcap jumping and stamina. That's about 5 or 6 levels which takes you through next season. After that you're in your last year and not boosting so SP are rarer. I'd consider trying to get a couple points in diving tackle, or bumping shed blocks up to 5 to help against the run.

I think you have to go Tackling next. I'd be interested to see how you arrived at this point.

Take tackling and agi both to the next cap. The order should depend on the system you play in, your roll, and the competition. With those VAs I'd usually do tackling first.

he is plenty fast enough to play LOLB so that is not a worry.
i would push agility to the next cap first which will take a bit. then tackling
