Hi guys, need some help.
This is a FB primarly designed to run, and of course blocking, honestly dunno what to cap first... if carrying to 60 or speed to 74

Quite often this player breaks the first takles, but faster d-players catch him immediately and so potential TD become just a big gain (> 7yds)

What to do?

Not the best build TBPH, but if you want to keep on with him...

1. Agility to 60 > carrying to 60 > blocking to 49... this should be about level 35.
2. Agility to 68 > carrying to 68 > speed to 60... this should be about level 50.
3. Speed to 68 > power thru to 8 or 9... this should be about level 60.

While doing all of this, train stamina/confidence until they're both 40+, then you can work on vision/confidence to get vision to 40+. If you have the resources available, I would also have most of my EQ on speed until you can actually work on it without losing out automatic leveling increases.

This is my level 22 offensive FB's build so far, give it a look and see what I'm doing to help you understand how to maximize the building process...

Attributes
Physical Attributes
Strength: 78.38
Speed: 42 (+18) (after agility hits 60, I will take speed to 60, about level 40)
Agility: 34.38 (after carrying gets to 73, I will take agility to 60, about level 33)
Jumping: 9
Stamina: 21.15
Vision: 14.15
Confidence: 17.15

Football Skills
Blocking: 24.38
Catching: 14.15
Tackling: 14.15
Throwing: 8
Carrying: 65.38 ( I'm taking to 73 cap currently, I should hit it by level 27)
Kicking: 8
Punting: 8

Special Abilities
Blocking Abilities
Hands: 0
Lead Block: 0
Spot Blitz: 0
Strong Arm: 0
Pancake: 0

Offensive Abilities (+1 CE bonus only)

Sticky Hands: 1
Power Through: 1 (after agility hits 68, I will be taking power thru to 8... so I should hit 8 power thru by level 48 or so)
Quick Cut: 1
Dive for Yardage: 1

I will be training stamina, vision, confidence, jumping and catching for pretty much the rest of his career.

Projected build at level 48, without any EQ (I will have +28 to distribute how I want to)...

This would be the start of his 8th season and the point in which I take speed to 68, followed by taking agility then speed to 73... which I should hit by his 10th season, freeing up his final couple of seasons to work on whatever I want to (be it secondary attributes or touching up SAs).

You have to stay focused when building or you lose a ton of potential. My FB will suck for a couple more seasons, but he'll be at the top of GLB for 3-5 seasons, dominating other dots. As opposed to doing well in the middle of his career and being average (or worse) at the top.

Warlock, whats your reasoning for not taking AGL to 68? I think that (AGL) is a better investment rather than speed to whatever - EQ and CEQ can always help there anyway. What your end goal for agility?

"This would be the start of his 8th season and the point in which I take speed to 68, followed by taking agility then speed to 73".

Once you hit level 40 the automatic level increases become irrelevant... strength/carrying are far more important in break tackles than agility, so I went the route I did to maximize the gains there... also, spending another 5-10 levels working agility before even touching speed means you suck longer, for very minimal gains (like 2 or 3 SP worth).

Thank you warlock
To be honest this player is not the best because of his first levels, when I was unexperienced and did some errors, but I'm affectionate to him, so I'm keep going on...

Obviously I'm training stamina+conf, it's my weak point.
So you suggest to bring agy to 68 before increase speed? I red a lot of times that 61 is enough

You want as much agility as possible, without gimping your strength/carrying/speed. Agility is important for acceleration and allows you to you to avoid some tackles with lateral movement (aka cutting to follow a block, instead of running headlong into everyone).

Overall though, speed and SAs are generally the last things to work on in a FB build. You're still young enough to benefit from some auto level increases, so you may as well try to help your inefficient build out. If you can move a piece or two of EQ from strength to speed for a while, it'll be helpful too. Besides, for a level 29, your natural speed isn't horrible.

I did it, moved 2 eq from strenght to speed.
I set my running style -75, reaching 68 in agy u think I should raise it? Bruiser triggers when is set at least -50 as you know.

68 agility is fine. You will want carrying to 68 and then speed to 68 eventually... once there you can use 12 EQ points on speed and the rest in strength. That combined with 8 or 9 power thru and two +% break tackle chance AEQ will make you a competent runner TBPH... you would be very similar to my FB's build and this is what my FB did just today (with a few ticks worth of decline)... http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=918848
