Can you make a throwing HB and set a team up for HB passes? Has anyone done this or is this really a stretch?

hmm good idea i gues sbut i dont see a HB doing that much .. i mean
it would be the same as a rushing QB ..just a HB at the QB spot
i dont think it would make a difference just you would have the first step and quick cut
that might work better if you put a HB at the QB spot if you can do that ? i have no idea

I have a HB used in as a wild cat type QB for rushing plays. He has 3 attempts. 1 completion for 4.5 yards. No INT's.
