Warrior General Games

I'm trying to build a WR that will make the first tackler miss. Basically, there are two ways to break tackles according to tactics settings and VA descriptions, power and elusive. Elusive attributes have more benefit to getting open and the receiving game than power attributes (not what I want to debate). Are any of your elusive RBs breaking tackles and/or making tacklers miss? If so, what areas would you weight as most important to your success?
